Air India Express — Incorrect inforamation and poor customer care at teminal | |
Dear sir, 1. I was travelling Delhi-Amritsar on 01 Jan 2010, by Air India Express IX141 with scheduled depature time of 1200 Hrs. Before starting from my residence I checked with telephone enquiry of Air India at 1000 Hrs on day of journey, which confirmed that Deaparture on time. 2. On reaching IGI Terminal II at 10454 Hrs, Flight Status Board dislayed Depature "ON TIME", hence my family members dropeed me and left. 3. On searching for check in counter I was told nobody is sure of depature since aircaft has not arrived. Finally aircraft took off at 1700 Hrs. What a way to start New Year, Courtesy our National Carrier. 4. All this while there was no satisfactory answer, utter chaos, and request ofr lunch/meals on board were turnrd down. I was travelling with family with a small kid and faced lot of inconvinience. 5. Poor administration, Poor operations and to top it all Poor customer care. Aggrieved customer.
