[Resolved] Aircel — 3g dongle | |||
hey ,I have brought a aircel 3g dongle sim ([protected]) 3,4days ago and recharged it with frc of Rs 749(15 gb data scheme), but the Sim when I use with my i ball or Micromax HSPDA modem,it does not search the network inspite of the availabality of the full 3g network in our area, one or two time, network came and i used the internet properly but most of the time ,my modem only initialise after inserting the sim and does not show any network,what shall i do ? One more thing, I have one more aircel 3g converted sim and when i insert that sim in the modem it shows full network of 3g. So is there any problem with my sim if yes will it be replaced? your sim has not been activated...consult retailer, , , firstly u hav to cal on 59059 using that particular sim..they wil verify your identity..then u hav to cal 123 for language selection process...after this all your sim get activated..trust me..i too had same problem..consult retailer

I had worst experience. I have a micromax dongle, 3g sim with a 699rs tariff. the seconday my dongle wasnot finding any network. with other sim it found.So I approched Perungudi/Chennai-showroom.Thay swapped with the different SIMs twise. again it worked for two days. They accept that they have problem with sims nowadays. But why I should suffer for it?
Finally they accept to provide one more 64K sim (Postpaid printed) Let me see that sim also. thier 3g customer sevice sucks. They will give several CC numbers only.No solution for anything.
As a technical person I very clearly understood that, Without any technical background these people are running business. I don't know about other persons. DO NOT BECOME A SPECIMEN FOR THEM TO CHECK THEIR WORTHLESS PRODUCTS.
