[Resolved]  Aircel 3G Dongle — not working

Hi.... its been 6 days bt my 3g dongle is not activated yet.... pls activate it asap..... my modem no. Is. [protected]..... pls check it.... thnks...

Checked details and found that partial activation has been done and now you have to dial 59059 for the activation of the SIM card and to complete the activation process. Tried to contact you to inform the same, but did not get any response on your alt#.

my aircel 3g sim no.[protected] used in iball dongle but its speed is very very slow. I have recharched with 198. transaction ID is KOR[protected] dt.17.03.13. Speed should have been 3.6mbps as per your tariff rate but i am getting 0-5kbps.customer care 198 does not response. In this circumstances what should I do? Should I switch over to another service provider? please advise me.
