[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel 3G - Aircel 3g recharge- Rs 998 | |||
Hi, I recharged with Rs 998(10GB 3g data plan) around 4 days back on aircel no. [protected] but i am not getting 3g speed,maximum i am getting only 15 KB/S. I called customer care many time regarding this but they simply tell this is due to some n/w problem or data card(ALCATEL)....They told to re install my Data card s/w and i did that also but no use. So i will not recommend any one to use Aircel.....Go for other 3G services even though it little bit costly.At least you will get satisfaction form that service. Aircel — Unprocessed recharge request
On 18 feb 2013 i have tried (RC99) recharge my account. But i did'nt get benefit of recharge. because i got a msg that 'your request to recharge 99 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is MUR[protected].'So how can i get my recharge?
