aircel new 3g offer ..... i think this offer is cheating bcz they provide 3g speed not getting to me (aircel provide speed 3.2 mb/s after 100mb they will exousting speed to 128 kb/sec) but every time aircel speed is 8 or 15 kb/sec 3g speed less than 2g .... not a gud respnce to there c-care they not solving complnts......

This is Pabitra from Kolkata. Using an Aircel connection from last 4 months but never get assured speed of 7.2 mbps till now. On October 1st I did a recharge of Rs. 697 for 5GB data (7.2mbps)for my datacard net and thought it'd be charm to browse net and download files. But in reality browsing speed is 70-80 kbps and download speed is 130 to 160 kbps which is very disappointing and make me angry. For an example in youtube a video clip of 7 minutes takes to complete in 30 minutes, it keeps on buffering after every 30sec.
Every time I called up to customer care, they say it's a server problem and will be okay within 4hrs. But it never happens! My question is why should I invest so much money to get this 2g speed? I switched over from BSNL with a better hope that I can get a better service and speed! At the end it's really pathetic and frustrating.
I want to hear from Aircel that to solve this problem as like me many are suffering.
