[Resolved]  Aircel — balance reduction

i am abdul bari my mobile no is [protected] aircel network

they have cut my balance 10 2 days back and i have got a sms that aircel video club is subscring for 7 days

ihave not subscribe any this kind of service and allthog i have not got any call from them for such service

when ihave call on 198 service complent they said me that we are having server problem we well check any refunde you money with 48 hours but i dont get my balance back till now also and when i am calling on 198 on this number no 1 lefting my call sa belling ringing call get disconnecting from them
this no first time that they are reducing balance it having twice in month they are reducing by saying thank you for subsbring ...any service name and reducing balance
please carry out this problem

aircel shows non existent sms balances and after sending bulk sms they cut it from main balance. though they say as their technical fault but they punish customers like us. i dont know what to do?? but it seems quite irritating and disgusting.i want to know the exact date of ending their harassment proceedure and how to get back my balance?

Aircel — reduction of mobile balance

the mobile service provider, AIRCEL has deducted mobile balance many times. A message has been sent today (26/02/2009) by the service provider that dialer tune has been set as per my request. Then I dialed customer care and they replied that today I activate that service from a customer care offer call. But no call had been come from them. I am a student. In this circumstances I have been suffering from this service provider. So I request you to take further step against AIRCEL service provider.

Iam also facing this same problem. I just dont know how to deactivate caller tune
For such automated services and there should be customer consent before any activation, Promo calls and messages can be the reason when responded. But in you r case its strange . you should visit the nearest store and clarify your problem.

my balance was reduced from Rs.56 to Rs.7.
they deduced my balance around Rs.49
and are complaining that i have downloaded a game which i haven't ....
they are not even telling me which game i have downloaded ......
purely they are cheating.......

Aircel — BAL. REDUCTION

without any prior information and my permission company have reducted my balance , and after consulting to the office they are just saying that sir plz come after 48 hrs, and after that 72 hrs, and again 72 hrs.

I didn't downloaded any game or value added services, but my balance reduced by rs-20 on[protected] evening . And when I called to cc they are saying u used game downloading which is i never used. and saying your balance is non-refundable. but we are sorry 4 the problem

hii, i am Pijush Saha a prepaid customer of Aircel, , i would like to inform you dat a unnecessary balance reduction has been done on my n.o-[protected] on the basic of iplay quiz services subscription as far informed by the care, , , but i am 100% sure i hadn't sent any sms appeal for activating such services...when i called them they simply deny it and blame me unnecessary nd they are denying of refunding my rs 15 bal which dy deducted ffor this services..and they are arrogant to my complain when i ask them for proof dy deny ...being a customer i face unfaithfull an arrogant behaviour from care...so it my request to take action over telecoms crime...
on 15th august morning i have downloaded a video song. i had data balance around 500kb after downloading. though i was charged 50rs and i got a message which informed i was downloading sizzling girls ramp app. but i did not go to any link like sizzling girls ramp. i received that message on 15th august 7.26am which is dated 16/08/2014. i called customer care through calling 198. 1st time that executive connected me to the senior executive for gprs service. she told that there is no problem in my side and kindly ask the in-charge of balance inquiry. so i asked the executive to connect me to the balance section and then to the senior executive. she said she will file a complaint regarding my problem and will be solved before 19th august. and she said mistake would be mine. one of your executive said there is no problem like i said and another one said will check it and solve this. this is 4th or 5th time am facing same problem. because of this problem i lost more than 100rs. every time when i surf and try to download anything i'll get a message from aircel which said thank you for using aircel service and you have been charged 20rs. last time i lost 50rs. every time i'll call and give a complaint and the executive said we will take a complaint behalf of you. but till now i did not get any solution or refund. i need a proper solution and refund for this irresponsible activity of aircel.

The next day i have zero balance in my main account eventhough i make no call.

My aircel no is [protected].I recharge my no. 60 rupee on 30/06/15.after calling 3 no near about 15min which cost Rs 4.50. When I told that to customer complaint no, they said by mistek the deduction is made, and they will refund the amount.
After 4 hours no amount refunded my aircel account and when I call them they do not recurved or reject my call
