[Resolved] Aircel — bill complaint | |||
Dear Sir, I have received bill (Mobile no : [protected]) for the period 20/10/2012 to 20/11/2012. The bill has mentioned & charged aircelwap and vas subscribe which I have never using aircel wap and vas.Past 6 Month Billpayment Clear and No Issues.But I was charged an additional amount of Rs.2450 something,On receiving the bill, I did raise a complaint to Aircel. where I was informed that no resolutions were taken up since now. under this circumstances can we say this is an unfair billing? I port this no in Aircell... approx 6 month back.since starting I am not able to get my aircell bill on time even online...
i discussed with Customer care centre.. due to some wrong mail id this problem occur..
I updated my mail ID that is [protected]@rediffmail.com,
even all this I am not able to get my bill on my Mail Id as well as Hard copy.
since last week I request your Customer care for e-Bill, yet i am not receive this billl..
please make a call & give me bills as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
I have received bill (Mobile no : [protected]) for the period 20/09/2013 to 20/10/2013 for rs-281/-.After that my unbilled usage shoots up to more than rs-600/- suddenly on query customer care executive told me bill is due to internet usage but i have not used that much i was a customer for last four years then my o/g and incoming facilities are withdrawn request for bill correction to keep the faith of a valuable customer thank u.
