With Reference to Telephonic discussion on 28/03/2009 with Mr.Giresh (Bombay) : 1. Reason for disconnect the Line : Silver Line not paid 3 months ( including March) Bill I am not received any notice or Email Or Telephone Call / SMS regarding disconnection of Broad Band service . 2. Your account Team they contact DoCOMO Inter Tuch Bombay. But that company now ware concern between Silver Line Every month we are settling the Bill, Because of your Accounts Team decision. We loose the Guests for bad service of Internet. Loss about our Hotel business approximately 1.50 Laksh 27/03/2009 around 3 pm Gusts are complaint internet not working. We herd on that time only Disconnected. We trying to contact you Bangalore Officer they are telling from Bombay they disconnected, we are not possible to do any thing. 28/03/2009 we contact to Bombay Mr. Giresh he pick the call he is happily telling Sir you no you Internet Disconnect yesterday. I requested Mr. Giresh Please give connection we will make payment with in 1 hour. He agree to Re connect with in 10 mnts. After half hour again we call Mr. Giresh one of his Asst. pick the call Giresh is in meeting call me after 2 Hours. In between I contact Bangalore @ 12 am call they and handed over 2 months Payment on cheque dated 29/03/2009 and 4/03/2009. they collect the payent they promises with in Half hour Re Connect your Link. They also not Up the Link Again we contact you Chennai office Mr. Shanker he told our finance team is up loading your information we will connect . Again we contact Mr. Giresh 5 pm He is telling you have to settle the payment still 30th April 2009 How can I release the payment up to 30th April 2009 I requested . He told to request Mail for connecting the Internet you have to promise we are paying with in Tuesday. Why I want to request. We are using you service April 2007 their no Remark about payment in you company records. Five day’s of Internet Discussion 27th and 31st march 2008 Guests are Checking out for band service (internet) we are not bother for Loss . we are bothering our Reputation and customer satisfaction . Because of the Reason we decided to Stop payment of Cheque for releasing the payment I need you clarification.
