[Resolved] Aircel — Error on use pocket internet | |
my aircel no. is [protected] and my name is feroz khan. i have a major problem o[censored]se pocket internet the problem is when i connect to the internet on my pc by nokia 6300 modem the connection is lost in an 1 or 2 minute it has display packet data closed by network and i lost my sites or importent data. so i would like to request to solve the problem urgently thanking you Was this information helpful? | |

I have bought a new connection for internet one week back. My # [protected]. I called more than 20 times in customer care for the setting but setting is not provided to me.Customer care exe are not trained at all.They disconnect the call before they provide resolution.I even spoke to pawan (TL) .He also diconnected the call.If service provider are not able to provide service.why they come in the market.who will wait for one month for your setting.It is not being connected with pc.Tell me where to go.I requested them to arrange a call back for me but they totally refused. I dont think that I can use ur service.No resolution is provided to the customer at all.customer care is very bad.executives are not trained at all.They even not try to provide resolution.Please suggest what to do

same problem here not received mobile handset settings after again and again sending the sms, now i m not able to connect to the customer care also for this problem.
Umm, , , it might be a technical error, just go to a store and seek help…..
