Aircel — about gprs | |
sir i given a complaint for gprs my problem not has been resolve.on the first day i taken a aircel card i activated a gprs of 98rs pack than only 5 days it has work after that it has automatically disconected and last 4 days remaining for deactivation the service has started but so slow speed i continuesly giving a complaint for that my validity is over they tell me recharge with 98rs than u r problem will solve i ask them can i will get my balance return that i have not use service they tell me yes u will get.on 2nd month i recharge with 98rs than also same problem the speed is so slow 15 to20minutes for one page now my second month recharge of 98rs is due date is over .i ask them for return my balance of that i have not use service than they r dis connecting a call saying transfering to team leader and disconneting my 30rs balance also loss they not remind me that u r validity is over no sms no call.i have connect to net and the speed is 15 to20 minutes for one page and disconneting in middle .sir pls help me i given a compliant to blog 4times pls sir my no. is [protected] my name is siddarth rajendra kale.pls take some action they r not giving return my money i have not yet use service properly now also same they telling recharge with 98rs `then we will help u pls sir pls help me. i having samsung b 520 model, it's a gprs handset. but i cant access the gprs in my mobile..

Well… this is strange.. I think the best option for you is to get in touch with the nodal officer in your area and get your complaint forwarded through him… keep the previous complain nos. i[censored] have it, that wud help u for reference
