[Resolved] Aircel — Network problem and D&D

Sir, my mobile number is [protected]. When i call on a airtel no, then no voices are heard but chareges are deducted. I have registered the complain in customer care cell three times but i got complaint no. once i.e[protected].the complain is still unsolved and when i again contacted the customer care cell, i didn't get any proper response. I am facing this problem from the date when i bought the AIRCEL connection. Will it be solvrd or not. And the executives talk with me as i am not his customer, rather as he is my customer. Further i have regired for DND why registration no. is 497354 and it has been registered on 2nd June 2009 but still i am getting promotional massages and calls. This is indeed very strange …these problems don’t come up generally…coz I am a frequent user, minor interruptions can happen but urs is a serious one…I think u could visit the nearest store and discuss the problem there or you could even log onto to their customer care http://www.aircel.com/customer_care/customer_care.asp and connect with them immediately
