[Resolved] Aircel — Self- activation of services | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I have got a call from Aircel network for the Activation of Online Radio, I disconnected the call without choosing any option. After few minutes i got a message that my online radio has been activated. This process is repeated 3-4 times each time i disconnect a call and the company activate different services and charging amount for each services. I would like to complaint for the company not only of Aircel but also against TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India). i think that people in TRAI take bribe from these private companies to charge an unnecessary tariff for self activated services. So that if some one register a complaint against any private telecom company they will not take any action against them. I agree with you on the fact that if you opt out of a service it should not be activated or charged. However I am sure there is some kind of technicality involved which I causing this problem. I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store and get this rectified. I am sure you would get the required help for your problem.
