Aircel — connection in my area and gprs

dear sir, my no. is [protected] , i m residing at lucknow c-89, ekta vihar sector e aliganj, Lucknow.

i have taken my new no. and 98 pack from lucknow. but i am not getting proper service . as there is no network coverage at my house. i have given complaint many time to aircel customer care but they are not responding me properly.

The GPRS speed is directly proportional to the network coverage I believe. Have you tried resetting your GPRS setting son your handset? If not I think it should work or else just get to the nearest Aircel store and speak to the tech guys there…
I had a number [protected] which I was purchased 5th June 2009, it was postpaid, and the reason behind it was to suffering internet (GPRS). There was a plan of reducing the call rate in it. Internet never connects more than 5 minutes because of service message. Whenever we make the request to the customer care but they didn't received the call at least for 1hour .They make the call on hold and after some time they cut the call in between. Whenever we connected to customer care they couldn't satisfied to me.
After getting in trouble I cut my connection in 19-8-09 from the branch of Cannought Place 28 We make the Payment of Bill and Sim card. They had broken the Sim and paste to the form in my supervision. They provide me a Account ID No.[protected]. They make call me after 24 hour and give me a Reference No.[protected] at 3:00 pm that your connection has been canceled and told me that you will get refundable payment within 45 days. Whenever I make call on this No. it being Switched Off. They make a call to me and said your bill has been reached here please pay it. I told him that we have canceled this No. and in October they call makes again around 13-10-09 they said again that your bill has been reached here please pay it and I said again I have canceled this No. They reply that after reaching office of Aircel you will get solution, I reached Dwarka sec-5 at 10:10, they keep my details, after 30 minutes they said that our server is down now and we will make you call on alternate no. after one hour they provide us a Name and Number (No.) i.e., Vishal Chopra, [protected]. I call on this No. after 6 hours he didn't received the call.

Aircel service is very rough. In my mobile, all the time advertizement messages and calls comes . I have registered in the DO NOT DISTURB LIST. but advertizement messages and calls still coming. Aircel network coverage is very limited . All the time, disturbance is feel. Signal quality is very poor. sometime signal is good and some time signal is very weak. Due to this voice quality is vey poor and not clear. I have decide if aircel network coverage is not improved then i will cut the connection of aircel.

Try and refresh your GPRS settings, I am sure you will get a better signal which you are looking for. Good luck.
Aircel is the worst service provider.They have not built their network properly and offer lots of vas products which don't work either.Airtel and other service providers offer 15000 sms at rs 60, while these aircel guys offer only 450 sms at 34 rs.They are sore losers and are fit for nothing.They are not liable to be in the telecom business.If any aurcel guy is reading this then just listen you are the most idiotic dumb service providers in the whole world.
