[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel Complaints - Internet speed too low

Dear Sir/Madam

I have a aircel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I have 98 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. But I have a problem regarding its internet speed. The speed is too slow, i.e. even I can't check my mail ID. It's take too much time to open any web page. But mostly i get a pager error message. I changed my handset too, but still i have a problem. The changed handsets is N95(Nokia) and now i am using E71 (Nokai). I'm frustrated to this slow speed.
Please help me out of this situation.

"Hey buddy have you tried resetting the gprs setting on your phone or just try these settings on your N95 phone

For N95 Menu - Tools - Settings - Connection - Access Points – Options
Now select New Access Point and choose Use Default Settings
Now enter the following:
Connection Name: POCKET INTERNET
Data Bearer: GPRS
Access Point Name: aircelwap
User Name: blank
Password: blank
Authentication: normal
Homepage: http://aircelthrills/operator/aircelwap/
Now press Options and select Advanced Settings
Now enter the following:
Network Type: GPRS/GSM/IP V4
Phone IP Address: Automatic
Name Server: Automatic
Proxy Server Address: 192.168.35.201
Proxy Port Number: 8081
Now go to Menu>>Web>>Options>>Settings
Now select Default Access Point
Select POCKET INTERNET

sir i want to express my words onyour Pocket internet. sir i use your 98 pocket internet but your sped is very low it may take many several minutes to connect to a site your browsing speed is very low so sir please increase your browsing speed cause its not my wording all people of my city wants to access your P.I. but acc. to your speed they do not take your plane they use another internet

from day before yesterday

and money wastage
