Respected sir, I am mr. Vivek Kumar Pathak using a prepaid number of company "aircel". My number is [protected]. I have requested for start do not disturb by send a massage of START DND at number 1909 on date 12 october 2009. And i have received a massage from aircel about the promotion of internet plan of company. It is being done after 54th day of registration. Yes. They will send SMS Advertisements. They don't have any updated software or infrastructure. I am having same problem with them. Aircel must shutdown their operations or should sell it to some experienced telecom company. They should understand their responsibility that they are into consumer sector.
