Aircel — subscription of services without permission

i am customer of aircel mobile no [protected]. i am a student and distracted by activity of company by subscibing services like jokes , dialer tones etc. without my permission. when ever i complain to customer care they say sorry for that and after few days they again do such type of thing . in my group there are around 50 people who are facing this type of problem.the company has started a new way of cheating . i heartly request you to take strict action against it.
