I have recharged aircel 3g internet pack 06/07/2015.I have to pay 255 rupees for online for the below site.
"https://epayment.aircel.com/online-recharge"
They mentioned 2GB data for 28 days. But i have received 1.25GB. I asked
aircel customer care, simply they told "Sorry sir, plan is changed". I didn't see any new plan changes for the online recharge site. But the online site they mentioned 2GB data for 28 days.
Please do the needful. Otherwise i will plan to change other network.

have purchased new Aircel postpaid connection as request by Aircel executive dated 01-Sept 2015.
The new connection dose not active till date. I have many time request to Aircel customer care but no body help me.

Am using Aircel (Tamilnadu) Number -[protected]. Last month i received a message from customer care like, i Have been subscribed for store 25 (some video downloading ) & they deduct 64rs amount from my account and that time am in out of station. Still am not recharge my account. If i recharge again they deduct amount. i call customer care & informed regarding this but no proper response and said they are not have access to deactivate this service. Kindly deactivate this unwanted things from my number and please refund my deducted amount 64rs at the earliest.

Iam recharge Rs.255 internet in october 30 th, but the internet not working now (09/11/2015) also. Everyday I try to call customers care, first five days, nobody pickup the call, all agents are busy...please type help and send to 121 that's it. After some times some body pickup but no use... I contacted daily aircel customer care 121, they will say 4 hrs or 8 hrs it wil slove, or they will say connecting to technical team and call put on hold for more than 30 mins and disconnect it, this is the way the customer will be treated . I m totally disappointed about aircel network .
