as i have ported my aircel postpaid to prepaid from one month but no response still no executives are answering properly and my agent also is very negligent so i have to log a compliant on appellate (or) consumer court my portable number is -[protected] in hosur tamol nadu my alternative number - [protected]

dear aircel team,

i was one of the customer aircel post paid my number is [protected]. I was cleared all bill payment 05/01/2016 on PM cell Tichy contonment office. My number was already incoming and out going barred before 45 days. I am not using this number. I told the collection person to deactivate my number before 1month. but again we are asking the payment Rs.625/--. I already asking my bill payments and clear all payments. we are not provide any bills and my cheque. and not proper showroom in aircel trichy. customers very suffering. kindly suggest..

My name is MARIMUTHU A & Phone Number is [protected], Saturday Night ( 26.09.2015) I have balance Near Rs.80/- But next day is not sowing and outgoing also death, I spoke may times with customer care and they advised me wait for 36 hour, Now more then 36 DAYS i have not balance what i do for calling ? Unnecessary they deducted without any informing but we want wait 36 hour if I asked refund !!! we can’t understanding what is going on aircel company ... ? so I trust you kindly refund me how much I lost with loss of pay for my tension & loss of time

For the past few months, am facing lots of billing related issues.

There is no proper response from Appellete and Nodal team.

The mistake is your.If the showroom gives a proper detailed description, why should i need to raise a complaint.

Only pay, if i gets a proper response.

Tracking more than a month.

Incoming and outcoming has been barred.you have to tell the reason for a doing like this because already i have escalated the issue to you.Still you are barred my incoming.

Give me a solution or else i go with alternate way.

Aircel is one of the very most worst cellular company. Now they have even started to steal money from customers and no one is available in their company to listen.
