[Resolved]  Aircel — Neeyum Naanum Pack

Respected sir,
I have a neenum naanum pack number([protected]). i used this number last 2 years. yesterday i recharged sms pack offfer. The calls between sim1 to sim2 is 10 paise as per the plan. But they charge 1 paise per second. i ask d reason from customer care executive. but no one give correct response to me...
i cant expect this from a gud running company like aircel...

i had neeyum naanu pack. 6 months validity time over. now wat shd i do to renew my pack??? any tariff o ratecutter available???

I bought neum nanum pack sim sep 2013 now this sim validity near end to this sep 2016, how can i renew my pack. Add - on service at monthly rental 10 re and call rates 20 paisa. Customer care no one tell about good solutions.
