    i have taken new sim of aircel few days ago n was working well,
    frm yesterday this no. is barred for the outgoing calls n also for the gprs service due to non submission of my i.d, but i hav submitted it already to the dealer and dealer saying he has submitted the it.
    but im the one who is facing prob n dont know wat to do

    There must be some miscommunication in between. Try and talk to the dealer and if possible visit the nearest Aircel store.

      I am Ms Vidhi Bhupendra Ashara
      My aircel number is [protected].
      I have bought the aircel card from a retailer and the address is as follows

      National
      306/8, Moreshwar Building,
      L.N. Road,
      Opp, Matunga Central railway Station,
      Mumbai-400 019

      The day I have taken the Sim from the retailer I provided these doccuments.
      A xerox copy of my Pan card.
      Rashan Card xerox for address proof.
      A Passport size photograph along with the form with signature.
      As soon as I received the sms from aircel for submission of the doccuments I crosschecked with checked with retailerand informed that the doccuments are been collected by the aircel agent from the retailer on 30/04/10

      It's been more than 24hours I can not make outgoing calls and I am asked to resubmit these doccuments.

      I have asked several times customer care executives to provide me the following information
      Aircel office has received the copy of my doccuments submitted to the retailer or they have not?
      If they have received the doccuments then what is wrong with the doccuments and why I am asked to resubmit the same doccuments?
      I am provided with the complaint number after more than 24hours by Mr Ishwar Yelpur and that is
      SR 1- [protected]

      After asking for mor then 10 times and more than 24hours to Coustomer care team leader Aircel Mr Ishwar Yelpur is unable to provide me with the correct information.
      This is a complaint for all the customer care executives and for their team leaders that they never provide correct information when asked.
      They never have updated information of a customer' s account and while asking for a complaint number they never provide one.
      If they provide complaint number they donot put a right complaint to their senior.

      Please find the problem from your side because customers are not always at fault.
      If my fault is I have selected Aircel as network provider for my phone then I don't need the service and return the amount I have paid for GPRS 98rs
      SIM 50rs
      Recharge for activation 55rs
      rechage of 199rs out of that you can check the balance in may acount and return it.

        Today i purchase refill voucher of MRP 50/- , from shivam communication ,which is situated near vikroli railway station.but while recharging error is occured. now shivam communication not accepting and also not co-operating to customer. this is the how showing the value of Aircel customer.Card SR.no.[protected] and shivam communication not ask the customer on which circle this card you are handling. i want my 50/- refund or recharge at your end only.and also aircel service is worst while recharging the voucher form any where.

        This is strange to know, do check with the retailer he might possibly be the culprit and make sure that he has sent your document properly. You can also visit the nearest Aircel store and discuss it with them. I am sure they will help you out.

          I previously complained about some sites not opening on Aircel GPRS internet connection. The site that I mentioned before was Blogspot. However, the problem with Blogspot is now sorted. But, there are a hell "lot of other sites" that do not open on Aircel but do open on other connections. One such site is Bel India`s official website: http://www.bel-india.com.

          It is good to see that the Blogspot problem was sorted out, but solving individual dns problems is not going to help Aircel`s cause. It is better if they rectify their local dns update mechanism, otherwise in some time to come, nearly half of the new sites won`t be opening on their gprs, and their services will be doomed.

            Hi..on 11th april 2010 early morning 4:47 AM (Why this time, becaz we are in sleep mode so we never no what happened!!!!!!) i got a message from aircel that i been charged 30 rupees for using caller tune...but i never used caller tune...even i hate this caller tune option...Then morning i came to know there was 30 rupees less in my balance. I called customer center...one great guy came on line..initially he told me that i have used caller tune for the past 30 days...later i asked the proof..then he was quiet..then he told me that they offered me without any prior information by deducting Rs30 (!!!!!!). Then he told me the way how to deactivate.I did in the same way the caller tune deactivated...But what happend to the deducted amount !!!!!!..This things are happening to everyone...as most of the people never think about balance many time. So guys dont sleep in the night to follow this kind of things :-):-):-)

            AirCell — caller tune charges

            dear sir,
            i would like to cancel the caller tunes of[protected] at 10.31.01 Pm . (UN DT ) (58273) i'll send this No.After few days they will charged (31.3.10) RS.15 in my account .. i lagre complaint from Aircell customer care.What is this Service..

            Aircel Mobile — charging for caller tune even when i had never asked for it????

            I had recently bouht an aircell prepaid connection no [protected].
            On 22 they have activated caller tune and deucted the amount .on calling thrice at 121 I was told my no is not yet activated and there are no records in my name with M/s Aircell. Told them them then how can you deuct money on your own.THey had no noanswer. They told me to go to dealer.
            At dealer some one fro aircell met and told the comany is forcing it. Now to deactivate they will charge for messages again.
            How an such fraud ompanies be corrected.
            I want in priciple for them to return my Rs. 33/- and never do such thing with consumers just to achieve there revenue targets.
            Kindly note I had logged the caomlaints on there portal also twicw. They assured to respond but till date no response.
            Is there a way TRAI can correct them?????????????

            You might have attended to any promotional calls or messages unknowingly which has resulted in the activation. In future you can avoid such instances by getting your DND Service activated . Good luck.
            My self Ravinder Kumar Vats & My mobile number is [protected]. I wants to inform you that I recharge my mobile for Rs. 125 INR on 2.7.10 at 08.49 p.m., with transction Id no. DLR[protected],
            Next day morning, a message came at my mobile Rs. 30 deduct for Callartune, then i called custmer care regarding the above mention matter. Sunita infomed me that caller tune is being activate since Jan 2010., but no facility provide by Aircel regardin Caller Tune.She gave me complaint No.1-[protected]& 1-[protected]. I remind him that you call me at my mobile and crosscheck.if you will not refund my amount since january to July, 8th [protected]@Rs 30 /Month .
            After My Complaint/Warning regarding Deactivate callertune within 15 minutes service will be activate of callertune.
            again Rs 30 deduct for callertune activation on 3rd july evening
            i again complaint to Shaily ( Custmer Care), shaily inform me that you are requested for callartune .
            but i reply that i have never demand for any callertune.shaily gave me complaint no.1-[protected]. for deactivate the callertune.
            a request with you that please refund/adjust my exra deducted amount of Rs. 210+30 =240 INR.

              My balance deduct RS 3 rupees each day for cricket update and receive irretating repetated message in my number regarding crick info update.

              I did not subscribe for cricket update.
              I called in their helpline line number after that they provide me another number 555005.
              I called on 555005 and disable this service( earlier I was not subscribe for this service any time) till I receive same type of messages and balance was deducted.

              I want my balance should not be deducted for the service for which I did not subscribe and refund of my earlier balance deducted for this service.

              Cricket update is an automated service and needs user confirmation for activation, this can happen when promo calls or messages are responded. In order to avoid such instances in future, DND is your solution.

                My mother Smt Madhuri Johri is an Aircel mobile subscriber and her mobile no. is [protected]. On 13th April, 2010 voice chatting service was activated on her mobile number without our knowledge and concern. When a saw the sms, I immediately lodged a complaint against this. Aircel customer care executive took my request giving me complaint no. 1-[protected] and assured that the refund shall be made within 72 hrs. Unfortunately, we could not receive the amount. After 5-6 days I again enquired regarding my complaint and once again they assured me to refund it within 48 hrs. Again I could not receive the refunded amount. After this I enquired several times and every time they assured to refund the amount within 24 hrs. Today on 4th May, 2010 I once again enquired about the refund, one of Aircel customer care executive named Mr. Sushil told me that with the activation of voice chatting service I was rewarded 1200 sec. free Aircel to Aircel talk time and that has been credited into my account and hence, the refund could not be made.
                Now I want to ask
                1. How can any service provider activate any value added service without subscribers concern and,
                2. When I immediately lodge the complaint why they did not de-activated the service.
                3. If Aircel has credited free talk time to my mobile under any scheme without my concern, who should bear the cost of same.
                I would like to tell that this has happened second time when they activated any value added service to my mobile no. but first time I complained and got the payment in some 15 days time. But this time Aircel people are refusing to give me refund.

                Hence, I sincerely request you to take action against the service provider and help me in getting my refund as early as possible.

                aircel mobile company — Activation Value Added Services without our knowledge

                Dear Sir / Madam
                My mobile no. is +91 [protected] of Aircel Mobile Company, this company has activated "Helo Tune" without my knowledge and they have deducted charges from my balance amount. They usualy disturbe me through sending unnecessary SMS & unnecessary mobile call.

                It is quite possible that you must have attended to any promotional calls or messages which has resulted in the activation and these promotional messages are used by all operators to promote services, DND service is the solution to this.
                Try and find the nearest Aircel store and talk to them about this. Since they have committed about the refund, they will definitely give it to you .Good luck

                  I am Anupal Dutta. I have a AIRCEL SIM which was out of my mobile (COMPLETELY SWITCH OFF) from 29th of JANUARY, 2010 till 28th of APRIL, 2010. On 1st MAY, 2010 I have a balance of Rs 28. In the afternoon I got a message that my DIALER Tune has been renewed successfully, which made my balance to Rs. 3.85 from RS. 28 and which I haven't activated any DIALER TUNES. When I called the Customer Care, (Someone named VARUN or ARUN) took my complain and gave me the Complain # 1-[protected] and told me that I will get back my balance and my DIALER TUNE will be deactivated within 48 hours but nothing happened. When I call them after 48 hours i.e. 3rd May, 2010, they told me that the complain # is not valid. ASLO THEY TOLD ME THAT MY DIALER TUNE WAS ACTIVATED ON 16TH APRIL, BUT I PUT THE SIM ON MY MOBILE ON 28TH OF APRIL, 2010. HOW COME I HAVE ACTIVATED THE DIALER TUNE WHEN MY AIRCEL # WAS SWITCH OFF. YOU CAN CHECK THE CALL RECORDS IF ANY INCOMING OR OUTGOING CALL WAS MADE DURING THAT PERIOD. How you PEOPLE are cheating the Customers. I have asked the CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE to forward the call to the next level but he didn't and disconnect the call. Then again I called back at around 8:05 pm, another CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE pickup my call and forwarded the call to the TEAM LEADER on my request but I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES AND NOBODY ANSWERED. THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AIRCEL IS PROVIDING????????

                      I am here complaning about a nation wide problem facing by all prepaid mobile customers of India. Its just about the recharge "cheating" that, when we buy a recharge card worth Rs.10, we only get Rs.7.07, for a card worth Rs.20, we only get Rs.15.13 for a card worth Rs.50 we only get 43.33, and for a card worth Rs.100, we only get Rs 88.06. All the company are cheating the customer by doing such an unfair transaction.The company takes the talk time money by giving the services then why they are taking the amount as processing fee,Access fees and they says that the amount we gives are inclusive of all the taxes. They take money for giving value added services, for lifetime validity, and for all and all offers even thought its on net free calls. And now the companies starts charging for the costumer care calls also. That why I call it as a "big cheating" so please take necessary action against the Recharge cheating doing by the companies....

                        Very poor consumer service from aircel.

                        Am jaiganesh from chennai & my mobile number is [protected] & [protected]. I have processed the migration form by the date 22nd April 2010 at Little mount office. They said that my line will get disconnected on 25th April 2010 since my billing date is 26th of every month. But till now they didn't process it, i called to customer care several times unfortunately all are providing the same answers that it will be processed. Since the migration from prepaid to postpaid is happening within 24hrs but reverting it you are taking this much of time..? (!). Am using aircel for past 8 years & feding up with this type of processes.

                        so many follow-up's done but they are not responding to anything.. They are ready to save the tigers but not there's customers..

                        There is no coverage for me for the last 4 days.I have made a mail complaint 2 days back but my problem not resolved.
                        I have contacted customer care, store(Perungudi, Chennai), but no use.I don't know where the problem is.The store persons not responding properly.
                        I have missed lot of important calls.The store persons promised me that the tower problem will be for 4 hours, but it is going more than 4 days.kindly

                        Don't go for migration in Aircel.Better change your network instead of going for postpaid to prepaid conversion in Aircel.They are following the technique of delaying purposely for 1 week or more than that to irritate the customers.So that in future we won't be going for migration.The worst customer service is Aircel.They will be convert prepaid to postpaid over night but for postpaid to prepaid, they only know the number of days for conversion.I am frustrated of Aircel customer service.

                        This regarding my Aircel request for migration of Postpaid to prepaid.

                        I am 10+ years old customer of Aircel, and I had been using this number from RFP existence.

                        On 11th November, I visited to Tambaram Aircel office and asked for migrating my postpaid connection to prepaid. They gave some reasons and they made me write a letter to demerge the account. I dont know what it is about. The staff said, I have two postpaid number linked, first they have to demerge the account and then only I can apply for postpaid to prepaid migration. And I have to visit Aircel office again for migration of postpaid to prepaid. And they also charged 439.00rs. Again not sure if that was required.

                        WHY SO MANY FORMALITIES IN MIGRATION OF POSTPAID TO PREPAID.

                        When I applied for for Postpaid connection 9+ years back, the response was immediate by Aircel and I was migrate from prepaid to postpaid without any delay.

                        But When I applied for Postpaid to prepaid, I am ill treated by the Aircel customer care at Tambaram office. When I asked why the process is so tedious for migration from Postpaid to prepaid. The official dont even listen to my feedbacks face to face. They just pretended to not to hear me by talking to other colleague near by.

                        I am not the only one who is facing this issue. The day when i visited Aircel office, there were many people who came for migration of postpaid to prepaid and all of them got the same answer to wait 1 week or so.
                        I have been listening the same issue with many of my friends and relations who have tried to migrate from postpaid to prepaid and they were given N number of reason to delay the migration. WHY?

                        In this Digital India, does Aircel expect a common to visit their office again and again to get their postpaid connection migrated to prepaid. Why is AIRCEL complicating things with too many hassles and creating irritation to their customer? CANT THIS BE MADE EASY FOR THEIR CUSTOMER, instead of torturing and asking them to visit again and again to accomplish the task.

                        I request my issue to resolved and I request Aircel to make the postpaid to prepaid issue easier and hassle free.

                            In the Aircel web portal I have seen my invoice of mentioned mobile number dated 19th April 2010. This is very unfortunate that there have several discrepancies and mistakes are in the bill. Is there any intention?

                            I have sent 55 local small SMS within 80 characters on 15th April 2010. Re.1.00 has been charged for each in place of normal SMS charge @ Re.0.50 per SMS. Extra amount charged for Rs.27.50 here. Another amount for Rs.30.00 also has been charged on 20.3.2010 for IMI. I have no idea what is this.

                            I can't check the local call details. If I checked in properly, I think, there has also some mistakes.

                            I am not taking Itemized bill. If I or any customer could not check the web portal then amounts would be forfeit?

                            I have requested to refund the amounts immediately to my mobile account and also advised to stop this type of cheat with the simple customers.

                                I have subscribed for NDNC service for mobile no [protected] on feb 19 after 45 days all promotional calls and messages should stop but still i am getting calls after calling customer care they gave me request no [protected] on 06.04.10 but no use and customer executive does not talk properly and does not connect the call to their suprivisor keep saying connecting your call but after waiting for even 25 min there will be no reply anyone responsible person please help me out i am fed up with this service .THIS IS THE WORST TELECOM COMPANY i think so

ON 13TH APRIL 2010, 8.23 PM, I GOT A MESSAGE FROM 57000 THAT AIRCEL FRIENDS ZONE HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED AND 20/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FOR 20 DAYS FROM MY MOBILE. I COMPLAINT ABOUT IT VIA COMPLAINT NO.[protected] TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AJIT KUMAR ABOUT IT, HE TOLD ME THAT MY COMPLAINT WILL BE RESOLVED TILL 17TH APRIL. ON 20TH APRIL I ASKED ON CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT IT , HE TOLD ME THAT THIS SERVICE IS ACTIVATED BY ME NOT BY THE COMPANY, SO THE CO. WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY (20/-).
                                  SIR PLEASE TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DEDUCTED 20/- AS THEIR WISH AND MAY BE ANOTHER DAY THEY WILL DEDUCT WHOLE AMOUNT FROM MY BALANCE OR OTHER CUSTOMER`S BALANCE. PLEASE TAKE AN ACTION IMMEDIATLY.

                                  Well it is quite possible that you must have attended to any promotional calls or messages which has resulted in the activation and these promotional messages are used by all operators to promote services, DND service is the solution to this.

                                    I am using aircel pocket internet but problem with this is some sites do not open using this like onlinesbi.com,bharatmatrimony.com etc....All other sites are opening.Also speed is very slow in comparison to any operator (reliance,airtel,bsnl,idea,etc).

                                    yes i agree with this. I am using Aircel Pocket Internet from past 6 months. But from past 2 weeks i am unable to do any transactions from onlinesbi.com. When you call the customer care to report this issue they only tell you that aircel doesn't blocks any websites and they don't even register any complaint on this issue.(major flaw in administration)

                                    There are 2 possible reasons that why these websites don't open from Aircel Pocket Internet.

                                    1. Aircel blocks these websites intentionally and pretends to be clean from their end.
                                    2. As Aircel Pocket Internet uses common IP Address(i.e.27.248.72.215) and due to excessive use of single IP from different users the verisign websites blocks the particlar pool of IP's.

                                    As these -holes in Aircel customer care are technically dumb-fu­cks they don't even know the actual reason. These ppl can send a pool of IP Address to the ssl versign websites so the ip's shouldn't be blocked but they only enjoy receiving calls.(even mentality---- why i should do this).

                                    Aircel is not a GPRS Network Service Operator it will provide EDGE Network Service provider. So don't Comment Foolishly, Just use New Handsets and Enjoy the Net Speed
                                    some sites dosent open like:www.ibibo.com
                                    I am using aircel pocket internet but I can't login to gmail the message appears "302 moved the document has moved hereclick here.then secure connection failed can login from same phone same net connection(fathers).I contacted aircel customer care they say its webites problem.

                                      dear sir,i recieved a call from number[protected] on 16th april at05-16pm saying that they are from aircel requesting to activate POCKET INTERNET option for which i refused because their is no internet option in my mobile. but to my surprise when i saw balance on 17th 98rs had been deducted from my account. i called to customer care and gave the complaint on 17th for which they said it would be refunded by 19th and gave complaint no as1_[protected]. but now they are saying i only activated the service which is false. so i request you to take action on this as soon as possible.
                                      It is quite possible that you must have attended to any promotional calls or messages which has resulted in the activation of the pocket internet. Activate your DND service which will help you get rid of this problem in future.
