[Resolved]  Aircel — Caller tune charges

Hi..on 11th april 2010 early morning 4:47 AM (Why this time, becaz we are in sleep mode so we never no what happened!!!!!!) i got a message from aircel that i been charged 30 rupees for using caller tune...but i never used caller tune...even i hate this caller tune option...Then morning i came to know there was 30 rupees less in my balance. I called customer center...one great guy came on line..initially he told me that i have used caller tune for the past 30 days...later i asked the proof..then he was quiet..then he told me that they offered me without any prior information by deducting Rs30 (!!!!!!). Then he told me the way how to deactivate.I did in the same way the caller tune deactivated...But what happend to the deducted amount !!!!!!..This things are happening to everyone...as most of the people never think about balance many time. So guys dont sleep in the night to follow this kind of things :-):-):-)

AirCell — caller tune charges

dear sir,
i would like to cancel the caller tunes of[protected] at 10.31.01 Pm . (UN DT ) (58273) i'll send this No.After few days they will charged (31.3.10) RS.15 in my account .. i lagre complaint from Aircell customer care.What is this Service..

Aircel Mobile — charging for caller tune even when i had never asked for it????

I had recently bouht an aircell prepaid connection no [protected].
On 22 they have activated caller tune and deucted the amount .on calling thrice at 121 I was told my no is not yet activated and there are no records in my name with M/s Aircell. Told them them then how can you deuct money on your own.THey had no noanswer. They told me to go to dealer.
At dealer some one fro aircell met and told the comany is forcing it. Now to deactivate they will charge for messages again.
How an such fraud ompanies be corrected.
I want in priciple for them to return my Rs. 33/- and never do such thing with consumers just to achieve there revenue targets.
Kindly note I had logged the caomlaints on there portal also twicw. They assured to respond but till date no response.
Is there a way TRAI can correct them?????????????

You might have attended to any promotional calls or messages unknowingly which has resulted in the activation. In future you can avoid such instances by getting your DND Service activated . Good luck.
My self Ravinder Kumar Vats & My mobile number is [protected]. I wants to inform you that I recharge my mobile for Rs. 125 INR on 2.7.10 at 08.49 p.m., with transction Id no. DLR[protected],
Next day morning, a message came at my mobile Rs. 30 deduct for Callartune, then i called custmer care regarding the above mention matter. Sunita infomed me that caller tune is being activate since Jan 2010., but no facility provide by Aircel regardin Caller Tune.She gave me complaint No.1-[protected]& 1-[protected]. I remind him that you call me at my mobile and crosscheck.if you will not refund my amount since january to July, 8th [protected]@Rs 30 /Month .
After My Complaint/Warning regarding Deactivate callertune within 15 minutes service will be activate of callertune.
again Rs 30 deduct for callertune activation on 3rd july evening
i again complaint to Shaily ( Custmer Care), shaily inform me that you are requested for callartune .
but i reply that i have never demand for any callertune.shaily gave me complaint no.1-[protected]. for deactivate the callertune.
a request with you that please refund/adjust my exra deducted amount of Rs. 210+30 =240 INR.
