I am aircel customer, This comp. activate hello tune in my mobile without information, and permition. and cut my balance. customer care not help me.plz help me.

I don’t think companies can activate services without the permission of the user it might be that someone used your phone like a friend and activated the service… I think you just need to call the customer care once more and they would deactivate in no time

Aircel provides lot of messege which is so disgusted..how to stop these unwanted messeges...please tell me..hope for nice responses..THANK YOU..

My name is Vadivel my aircel Tamil nadu mobile No is [protected] currently i am in chennai , many times i called to customer care regarding deactivation of caller tune but they didn't respond my complaint please accept my complaint and may i know why chennai customer care didn't respond Tamil nadu mobile No's then what is the difference between chennai & Tamil Nadu ,Chennai also in Tamil Nadu only.Plz respond my complaint as soon as possible and let me know ( ugi.[protected]@gmail.com).

That is strange, but have you tried visiting the nearest Aircel store, visit them and place your request, I am sure you will get an immediate resolution.

Why do we need to go to Aircel store to deactivate the caller tune??? This is not acceptable.

This is really frustrating bcoz 15days before itself i hav posted a complaint requesting you people to deactivate the caller tune from the number [protected] which was activated by your company only, even after making a humble request you all r least bothered to deactivate the caller tune, this carelessness of your company towards the customer makes us to regret for choosing your network, i hope you people understud wat trying to convey, kindly do the needful as soon as possible plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
