[Resolved] Aircel — subscribed a pack called FRIEND ZONE without any instructions | |||
This is RAJESH SARDANA an user of AIRCEL COMMUNICATION.MY AIRCEL NUMBER IS [protected].since i have purchased this number i am facing many problems.Without my instructions the company had activated many packs on my number and i unsubscribed many times,also i left a request for DO NOT DISTURB in which no packs can be activated or no promotional calls should i get on my number.Many times i had paid for unecessary subscriptions but,i ignored all that.. On 13 april at 2:43 AM i got a message that YOUR FRIEND ZONE PACK HAS BEEN ACTIVATED.And in morning i called castomer care and filled a complaint(complaint no.1-[protected]) .Till now i don"t get any feedback.And i want that the amount should be REFUNDED. At the end i just want that in future no more packs should be activated and my request for DO NOT DISTURB should be fulfilled.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Friends Zone — Does Not Receive My Messages To My Friends.
Sir,I registered in friends zone (52455) before 1 year. I received the same messages continuously as ' You have a message from Mahita, sms RMSG 5513 to 52255. charges Rs 3/sms'. Then I can receive the message from friends at a cost of Rs 3/sms. And If Itry to replay their MSGS, that was not sent, but the charges will be deducted with each times by my account. My money is wasted by not sending these type of messages at Rs 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3...So please Help me.
