[Resolved] Aircel Kashmir — Not giving the PUK code from 15 days ¬ responding on calling customer care | |
sir , I am a combatant member of Indian Air Force & presently posted to srinagar .I am using a postpaid connection of aircel from jan 2010 but from 15 days my sim is blocked & asking for PUK code , when i called customer care then they are telling that my account is not updated & now days the are not responding also . Then i tried to contact the Nodal officer but he is also not attending the complain . sir please do some needful for me . That’s unfortunate my friend, you should take out some time to visit the nearest Aircel store and report the matter, I am sure you will get the best possible solution. Good luck.
