All these Value added services are automated ones and requires user confirmation for activation, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. It is suggested that you get your DND activated to block all these calls and messages
I have submitted a complain on 05-Apr-10 against VAS and my no. is [protected]. after complaint it deactivate but after three days. (VAS) will activate without giving any knowledge to customer. Still my masti service is activated and amount Rs:- 0.50 will be deducted by recieving massage of 5303013.

Airtel- a thief, doesnot learn from its previous mistakes
dear sir,
I, jatin gopal gala, user of [protected] want you to bring in notice that this my second complain for wrongly debting the balance for my a/c.
last time, rs 99 were deducted which was credit after long question answers section. this time again after around a month, my balance is debted wit rs.50 (msg from 54321).
i had kept my balance well below rs99, before activating gprs service so that the amount wont get deduted but what to tell abt airtel brains ...this time it deduced rs 50 from the amount.
My first call was discounted on asking for the complain number………………..(reason)

all the further correspondences should be done in writen and send the copy of it on my email address. airtel is providing the WORST SERVICE till date.
