[Resolved] Aircel — no network coverage | |||
my house is at ooramana in ernakulam district in Kerala.there is much good coverage for aircel outside my house,but no coverage inside my house.Am an aircel customer for past 1 year.I had called customer care and told several times about the issue,but no action.Its very pathetic.I can't able to make a call inside my house.only can attend it ,but have to get out of the house to talk.Please take actions as soon.. i am in pappankulam .tiruppur district .i have already call ur compliant helpline (198) more than 15 times for during no network coverage .but ur all executives didn't give proper solutions. In my area has no network coverage.ur executives take my compliant they give 48 hrs clear his problem.more than 60 hrs going but the problem didn't solved.pls clear the network problem more than 30 persons use aircel sim.but no network coverage.what we can use this without network coverage.pls make an immediate action.pls pls pls pls i am waiting for ur reply.pls reply m email-id [protected]@gmail.com reply must
Hi I am owing a corporate plan of Aircel and my number is [protected]. Please note that from last one months I am facing a no network problem even a single bar doesn't appear on my phone. I have reported this incident so many times with Aircel Customer Care but no action has taken up yet. Please provide me a solution otherwise I have change my service provide as i do not have any other option.
my number is [protected]...no netwrk since evening, i restart my handset several times even i inserted my sim on other handset but no netwrk received at all. my current handset is lumia 535. i cant make calls or not receive any calls.please do the needful at earilest.
