Aircel — my number barred without informing | |||
name: nitesh kumar age -22 years occupaton:student contact number-[protected],[protected] i bought an aircel number which was [protected].after one month of buying this number i went out of station during which i received my bill at my home in delhi.i got the call from aircel saying that u have to make ur bill payment as soon as possible.so i requested them that please don,t disconnect my phone till next day as i dont have any other contact number and i will make the payment by tomorrow after reaching delhi.the executive said no problem sir u can do that.still my number was disconnected and i faced many problems because i had no source of communication.when i saw the bill after reaching delhi. i found that my bill was over calculated by 30rs.though it was not a big amount but it surely meant that they can make mistakes of however more or less amount in future.so i called the customer care number nd registered my complaint.when i made the payment my number was still not activated and when i called them back again they said u will have to make 15% more payment of your next bill which wasn,t even generated and was sumwhere around 250-300 rupees along with the full payment of current bill.i dint want to do so bcz i thought if this month they can make mistake in my curent bill they can also do it in future.then again after 5 to 7 days i received a message from aircel that please make the payment of rs770..and i was shocked to read that bcz after making the last payment 5 to 7 days back i was nt using my number much and only called on numbers which were free from my number.when again i called them they said that don,t worry sir this message is not correct and ur number will nt b disconnected.as i was going for my interview to another state again.so i made sure that this time it does not happen.the next day around 1 pm again my number was disconnected by aircel..and this tym i dint even received the bill and was sure that there is some mistake because i dint use my number much after making last payment and that too in only 5 days.after dat i received many calls from aircel department regarding this nd i explained this thing to evryone whoever used to call that y i m not making the payment and when i asked for bill not even a single bill i received till date explaining that 770 bill.i had one more number in my name which is [protected] so i stopped the payment of that number too because of frustration and harassment...and because of there slow service or u could say unsatisfying behaviour and harassment i would not like to make any payment for both of my numbers.so plzz look into my matter as sooon as possible.they also have my security deposit with them which i want to be refunded to me. my number is [protected] is aircel barred now aircel store oficer say u r card balance offer and u r card very soon off and costumber say is this is true now what i do pls help any body
