[Resolved]  Aircel Network — not getting 3G speed

Hello sir, good morning, This is i.syed noor mohammed residing in thiruninravur near avadi, thiruvallur dict and mobile nomber is [protected]. Four days befor i parchased 3G unlimited internet browsing, but in my location i can't able to access 3G speed and even some times i have very very poor network it takes long time to access.Two days before night i had 3G speed but after that i can't get it.So please solve this problem as much as possible.

Aircel Network — poor download

GPRS/Pocket Internet
I m using aircel in delhimy number is[protected]
I purchased a aircel sim card on 2009 may
i recharged with Rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file...
Did you check if the  settings have been installed properly, Aircel has a healthy download speed. Try and refresh the settings on you set to get an improved speed. Call the Customer care for help.

I am murthy having prepaid number as[protected]. Last month i have recharged with 197 for 1 gb of 3g data. i have used only two days and consumed 100mb. Due to idea pack of rs9 i am using 3g But unfortunately i have received an sms saying that your 3g is over and you will be continued with 2g. This 2g data browsing is also not fair and getting 1kbps speed.

For the past 10 years i am using internet on phone with airtel and idea. This is the first company giving somany problems for customers regarding internet and false promising

Aircel Network — i lost 75rs in my aircel main balance

Today my aircel no get activated after halk hr i lost 75rs in my main balc. And then i contacted custer care but not given proper response.agent behaviour was very very poor. Now i decided, not use the aircel products in my life. Gud bye aircel
