Aircel — Not approving porting code | |||
Hello, I had requested for a UPC from Aircel (to port out of Aircel) on 02/01/2013. I got the UPC and submitted the same to Idea cellular. Till now (17/01/2013), the porting code has not been approved. While calling the customer care, they say that this issue will be resolved by 22/01/2013. But the porting code is valid only till 17/01/2013. I have paid all my bills and there is nothing outstanding. By the way, this is the second time my porting code approval is taking so long.
