Aircel Postpaid Connection — Harashment on Consumer | |
I had regestired complaint no[protected] with Aircel for all the issues below but they never came back with solution except calling for amount settlement. Not provided Reebok T-Shirt as promised while giving connection (Mohit from Aircel - [protected]), Not collected 1st bill payment of Rs.140+ after confirming same by Aircel team. No connection in North Karnataka Mudhol & Jamakhandi because of which could not use mobile for 1 month during Aug 15th - Sep 15th, Adding late payment every month as since there is delay from Aircel side of not collecting bill, Requested for soft copy of Itemized bill but never got it Received many call for bill payment but my complaint was never resolved. I think all your issues would be answered once you visit the nearest Aircel Store, they will help you with valid reasoning and quickest possible solution.

LAST WEEK I HAVE REVIVED A CALL FROM AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE FOR ACTIVATION OF GOSSIPS ON MY CELL PHONE, I DENIED THE OFFER BUT THE SAME WAS ACTIVATED ON MY PHONE AND NOW FURTHER FOR THE LAST FOUR & FIVE DAYS I M REQUESTING TO CANCEL THIS OFFER BUT NOBODY IS READY TO HEAR MY PLEA.NOW I WANT DEACTIVATE THIS OFFER AND ADJUST THE REFUND AMOUNT
