[Resolved]  Aircel Prepaid — Deduction of Balance

Respected Sir/Madam

My name is Kamal Mehra. I have a prepaid sim card of Aircel (No. [protected]). I have a samsung android phone and i am using internet on my phone. On 11 November 2012 my net pack was discontinued because of time period with out notification. In the morning of 12 November 2012 I try to activate net pack with the USSD code *234*25# but in reply i got the message that server is busy please after some time. After one minute i try again and i got the conformation message that my net pack is activated but company deduct 50 Rs. for the service and i call customer care on 198 to launch a complaint. They told me that i have tried USSD code twice, where first message give the reply that "server is busy please try after some time".
Customer representative don't want to listen my complaint and disconnected my phone two times. This is really irritating for me. This is a kind of fraud with me.
So please look in this matter very strictly

I HAVE ACTIVATED INTERNET SERVICE FOR 7 DAYS,AND AFTER 7 DAYS THE SERVICE WAS AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED TO MY MOBILE WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE TO ME,AND 29 RS WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.ATLEST THEY SHOULD SEND CONFIRMATION MESSAGE TO CUSTOMERS,WHETHER THEY WANT TO RENEW THIER SERVICE OR NOT.PLEASE HELP ME,AND HELP ME TO REFUND MY BALANCE.

AIRCEL PREPAID CUSTOMERS ARE LODGING THE COMPLAINTS BUT CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES ARE VERY RUDE AND DIS EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK.
I SUPPOSE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE ARE THERE TO CREATE THE PROBLEM NOT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS OF THE CUSTOMERS.
CUSTOMER ARE DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES
