Aircel Prepaid — Doesn't resolve my issue. they simply disconnecting the call | |||
I lost my sim card on 15th of jan 2013. After 1 hour i called and block my simcard. 17th Jan 2013 morning i went Aircel centre in velacherry and met aircel showroom executive and asked a replacement sim card. I provide the ID proof and 102 Rs. She said sim card will activated with in one hour. I waited for 2 hour but sim not activated i went aircel centre and inform still not activated my sim. She said your card is blocked kindly contact customer care and unblock both incoming and outgoing. I done the same. After 1 hour i reached showroom and asked about the status. But she again said sim not unblocked. I put the conference for showroom person and customer care but customer care person said sim is unblocked show room person said sim still showing blocked. In the same day i contact 6 times to the customer care but no one response just take the call and disconnect. Below is the Ticket no for Aircel, 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] At last i spoke with one person in customer care and he informed me still your sim showing blocked. I shocked, already spoke with executive and senior executive and manager also but everyone said your card is unblocked... This is Very very worst service.. velacherry showroom also customer care also.. No one take the correct information in the ticket. I spend nearly 150rs to speak with the customer care.. 1. Is my new sim card will activate any how? 2.If i contact the customer care also they guys asked everything and simply disconnected.. Aircel — Outgoing and Income calls are disconnected
Hi...I am using this Aircel post-paid connecting for the past 1 year, but i am not happy with this service for the past 3 months.
The reason is with out any intimation outgoing and incoming calls are getting barred.. though i am using this service most of the time. and too paid my bills in regular intervals.
