[Resolved]  Aircel Prepaid — Wrong deductions of balance

Dear Aircel Team,

Myself Jaswant Sisodia from Pune and I have took the new connection of Aircel prepaid on 10,Fab. 2012 for GPRS propose only. My Aricel number is [protected]. When i have purchase this sim i have got 30 Rs. as main balance and some GPRS balance so that I can use this number in my Micromax modem so that i can get access to internet on my laptop...and I started this in Modem but on 16 FEb. 2012 or 17 Feb. I have checked my balance it was showen that Rs 22 Rs.( 7 for caller tune renewed and Rs for miss call alert) has been deducted from my account then when i contact to customer care executice they told me that that deduction was happened because i have activated Caller tune service and Miss call alert service from my mobile then I have lodge complain that is 1-[protected] and customer care executive told me that will will get back to you about your complain and will call you on alternative number that is [protected] by 20 Feb. 2012. when i have not received any called from then when i called then they told me that we will not give you rfund of your amount of Rs 22 because both services are activated from my side and they also told me that we already gave you call but you didn't received it. That was feedback from their back office team about deductions

Now my question is why you Aircel has deducted that amount without informing and when i am already using that number in modem for just for gprs propose how i can activate these services. why you people activated that services forcibly and deducted that amount Rs 22 whn i really don't need it. I am totally fed up with your services and that time i also told to customer care executive to stop that services and they stopped that services and refund about that deductions but they clearly told me that we will not refund you. Now 2 days before agin they have charged Rs 3 for caller tune for 3 days. why aircel is sucking me like this.

Now totall deductions has been cut are Rs 25 where is my that amount. why Aircel behaving like that and forcibly deducted my that amount when I really don't need that services. So Please refund that amount Rs 25 in my account ASAP otherwise am going to stop your services forever. You people have bad impression on me and behaved rudely......Now I want my that amount Rs. 25 in my Aircel number [protected]. Reply me where is your customer service ? Is that your services you are giving to us? why you did you harassed me ?

Aircel Prepaid — Cutting of account balance without informing

Rs. 60 approx. Was deducted from my account balance with out giving any information to me by aircel. After that their customer care dont even receive my call. I am trying to call them for more than 24 hrs but it says that all their customer executives are busy and call after some time.
"Well your balance cannot be deducted without any reason, there must be some service for which it is charged, try calling the customer care guys again they will help you out.
