[Resolved]  Aircel Prepaid Mobile — deducting balance from my prepaid account without my knowledge

hi All,

I am very frustrated with this Aircel mobile prepaid connection. They just deduct amount from my account balance always without my knowledge. If we call and complaint to them they says that I have activated some services and is not ready to refund the amount even if i didnt need the additional services. They says you can enjoy it for one month and then deactivate. Every time I calls them I tell them not to activate any services without my knowledge. Another tricks played by these stupids are they have kept some links on mobile web site pages and even if we click on it accidentally we will loss Rs.50, 99 etc AND SAYS THAT THE SERVICE IS ACTIVATED. What a terrible situation this is. Now I am afraid to even recharge my mobile. Never recharge your aircel connections for more than rs 10. I have always lost money when i recharged for rs.50 and above. I hope there should be someone to control these mobile service provider companies. This is not my first experience .........They have done it so many times. THE MOST RECENT ONE WAS YESTERDAY OR TODAY (27/06/2012). ACTUALLY I DONT KNOW WHEN THEY DEDUCTED THE AMOUNT. I RECHARGED YESTERDAY FOR RS 68 (FULL TALKTIME OFFER) AND MADE CALLS ONLY FOR RS. 4 OR 5 MAXIMUM. AND TODAY WHEN I CHEKED MY BALANCE IT IS ONLY RS.10. ALMOST 60 RS HAD GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. AIRCEL SUCKS..........IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME ON T.HIS PLEASE HELP. I AM USING THIS NUMBER FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS. THERE SHOULD BE SOME ONE TO CONTROL THESE COMPANIES...........THEY HAVE ROBBED ALMOST RS 500 TILL NOW THROUGH SIMILAR TRICKS..................................................... IT IS BETTER FOR THESE COMPANIES TO GO FOR ROBBERYYYYYY.....THAN CHEATING ON POOR PEOPLE......NEVER TAKE AN AIRCEL CONNECTION FOR YOUR MOBILE PLEASE...........

Aircel — DEDUCTION OF BALANCE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

AFTER EVERY 2 DAYS,Rs.7 IS BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THE DIALLER TUNE SERVICE IS GETTING ACTIVATED AUTOMATICALLY EVEN AFTER DEACTIVATING IT EVERY TIME.TILL NOW I HAVE LOST Rs.21 AS THIS INCIDENT HAS HAPPENED THRICE.THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICERS AND THE NODAL OFFICERS ARE CALLOUS AND DO NOT PAY HEED TO MY PROBLEM.SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.......

Aircel — aircel deduct money without my knowledge

i am ankur chaplod & i am using aircel connection last 8 month. but yesterday aircel deduct 14 rs in my main account balance witout my permision. aircel do not force me activate any service witout my knowlage.
so aircel add my 14 rs as soon as possible or aircel provider please understand customer main account balance is a customer assets so without any knowlage you do not deduct any balance.

Get your DND service activated. This would help you in future because you won’t get any more marketing calls and messages which can cause these activations.

Aircel — deducting balance from prepaid account

My mobile number of aircel is [protected] in Mumbai. They are deducting Rs.30 for activation of songs with out consulting me.

Please take action against them and inform them to credit my money with compensation for this type of harsement. In the past also they done like that and after my strong follow up they credited the money. But this is purely a harsement for customer to follow evertime with them. When you are roaming area then you can not have complain number also.
