Aircel — Service Not being provided after payment | |||
I have purchased a mobile connection which functioned only 3 days. After that they have stopped our Out Going calls due to double connection of Aircel from same person. I have visited their office and disconnected one connection and also submitted identity proof i.e copy of my pan card, but they did not start our outgoing calls. From Previous one month, I have been calling their customer care center but no one gave a relevant reason. Now the Customer Care Center of Aircel are not attending my call.
