Hence we have 4 post paid connection with aircel tamilnadu more than 2 years. We are in the corporate CUG of more than 1000 connections. The above said mobile nos are using by ST Courier Nungambakkam. Tamil nadu aircel agents provided connections in Chennai.



We could not able to reach our agents esily. We are paying the bills seperatly in Chennai Aircel counters. But we have more troubles to paying the bills. We are forced to pay deposits 5 months back with the reason of non-payment of some customers. We have credit limits of Rs.600 as per your software showing but our agents insists to bar our outgoing calls before to reach the credit limits. The agents forwarding request to aircel with out any prior written or SMS aleart to us. suddenly our activations are disturbed by aircel technical service.



One of our mobile connection [protected] was disconnected both outgoing and incoming at 11.00 a.m on 15/04/10. We have not receive any SMS alert for that incidence. We have asked your customer care officer regarding this suspend. They have told that the agents request bar both operation for loss of SIM. But the sim with me. We didn’t forward any written request from our side. Also your officer told to call your agents. But our agents saying over phone you have dues for other 3 nos. All other 3 nos. are still in active. But unfortunately [protected] was barred outgoing and incoming calls. There is no any due for the concern no. What was the wrong why this different answers from your side



Purposely the agents are disturbing our main no. by saying the word of "This is the easy way to collect other mobiles dues" . Have you not collect any assurance for non-payments before issuing SIM. We have submitted all the necessary docuuments while getting connections. How can they answer the above word when Aircel having all Identity proof and required document. If you feel any short of documents Please ask your agents to collect documents. We want the clarification regarding this issue. We won’t like to talk with agents over phone. Agents having their own office out of Chennai only. We want to solve the agent-Subscriber disputes by service provider only. We trust Aircel only. We have no trust with unknown agents.



We are loosing our business calls in each and every valuable minutes.
