Aircel — wrong charge deduction | |||||
My Aircel number [protected] I always have Aircel 2 aircel min pack.. still having 1265 min left but when I called an aircel number at 11.48 am 28/06/2013. then charge was deducted from my main balance. earlier balance was main balance approx Rs 9 with aircel min after calling aircel number rs 2 with aircel min.. when I called customer care they suggested to call later.. but now the call is not connecting.. I really have regret to leave reliance.. I ported this number 2 months ago now I am waiting for 1 more month to pass... again I wanna port this number.. within 2 months aircel cheated with me many times but I ignored. but Its enough. now I will surely port my number.. Its a [censored]ing operator.. its customer helping process is really very bad.. even they didn't give a proper reply of their mail.. I already sent mail.. many times...
