Airtel — NOT RECEIVING NETWORK IN HOME

I am not getting network signal in my house and just outside. I cannot make any calls or attend any calls inside the house, as soon as i get a call i will have to run outside and attend the call... and this Iam not talking about a distant place away from the town. My address is VILL KHATKAR POST OFFICE SERSA SONIPAT HARYANA NEAR KUNDLI POLICE STATION .MY MOBILE NO IS +[protected](POST PAID) & +[protected](POST PAID NO)
NOTE:- MY VILLGAE NEAR AIRTEL TOWER IN JANTI KALAN DISTANCE IS ONLY 1.6 KM.I REQUEST TO YOU PLEASE RESOLVE THIS MATTER.
