I am Hemant Nawale an Airtel loyal customer my mobile . I am using this cell number for more than 6 years. I never defaulted on my billing payments and also not delayed payment even for a single time.
I converted my billing plan from INR 249.00 to INR 199.00 in around May 15,2011 as per Airtel requirement to support “Add On” service. I also subscribed/applied for one more (add on) number i.e. [protected] on the same day at Borivali Airtel Gallery. I was informed that the inter - calling between these 2 numbers would be free as per “Add On” service.
However, I have been charge for inter –calling between these two numbers from the 1st day of its activation. After that I visited Airtel Gallery 3 times also filed a complaint on your Customer care # [protected], My Complaint # 38087015 on 21st June 2011.
Thereafter, I got several calls from Airtel Customer Care and I explain my complaint/billing issue with many guys (every time I talked with new person and explained my query to everyone). No one has solved my query, none has gave me resolution. I am very upset and have frustrated with Airtel now.
For final resolution/settlement, Today I called Airtel Customer Care # [protected] to ask for final settlement amount and how to disconnect my these two cell numbers and in reply I got the below answer.
“Your mobile number will not get disconnected until you pay the bill fully and even if you cross the Credit Limit, Airtel will keep charging you for rentel ampunt i.e. 199.00 per month + service tax.
I am very fade up with all these follow up I am making to settle my bill amount. Finally I am drafting this email to you guys (I got your email IDs from Borivali Airtel Gallery) and if these is not answer within a week, I am planning to go in Consumer Court to claim compensation from Airtel for wasting my time, energy and for mental harassment I had in last more than two months.
