Wish to bring to your notice a few points regarding the broadband connection
number [protected] :-
1.My internet was not working form 4th May2011 to 25 May 2011 that is 21 days.
(Though my internet connection was not working even before but i am considering
only the day from which i raised a request.)
2.My monthly plan is 899 + taxes=992 which means that i should get a waiver of
Rs. 694 in total. (calculated as (992/30)*21).
3.Out of this i have got a waiver of Rs. 116 for the bill dated 12/May/2011.
4.Hence i should get a waiver of Rs. 578 in the bill dated 12/Jun/2011 as i
understood from my interaction with customer care.
But the company is denying to give the waiver for the required days. Was this information helpful? |
What is the resolution?I have not been informed of anything from your end.

Or is it that you have just closed this without acting just like the service requests are closed without acting on them.
Please be informed that my bill payment is due on 16th Aug 2011 and i will not be paying the bill unless waiver is not processed and neither will i be liable to pay the late payment charges if any due to the delay in processing this on your end.
Also, please share all the data relevant to this below number as i wish to move to consumer court against the harrassment/improper billing (blatant cheating) against airtel.
