I have not been receiving the e-bills since the last 3 months. I do not get to know my billed amount unless the due date passes and the customer care people start giving me reminder calls. By then, the late payment charges are already applied.
Last months bill was deposited in their billing center and I have the receipt with me. Even then, I see a late payment charge and last months bill added to my outstanding bill amount. They are applying late payment charges again and again. Its pathetic. They are charging unnecessarily and incorrectly. I have complained a number of times but nothing is helping.
