I am not getting my post paid bill from last 4 months. I have regularly followed up for the same thing and they conformed that my Jan bill is Rs 7.32, Feb bill is Rs 0, March bill is also zero and April bill the have given Rs 8775.71. This is totally fraud. They said that they have some technical issues. So why would a customer bother about the technical issues from company. Please help me. I cannot pay this amount suddenly.

pls deactivate my subscription for auto payment of my airtel postpaid bill thru icicivbp. it is getting double paid for past few months. i have made standing instr in citibank bank. pls do the needful as earlier as possible

sub: airtel postpaid bill amount exceeding the credit limit, without notice
I have used airtel prepaid connection for last 3 years in NCR, last month I have converted to postpaid. My plan is 2G combo, 399 Rs, as per my plan, i have 1.5GB 2GB GPRS free and 750 mins local call free.
Now, as per their bill, I have used 1.9 GB, for this extra 0.4 GB they are charging around Rs.4000 extra amount.
But as per my mobile data usage, i have used only 1.4 GB, and I have kept balance 100 MB as spare.
If suppose if any how I had used 2G data more than the alloted to me, Airtel haven't messaged me regarding extra data usage and they have directly reflected in the bill. So why should I pay extra 4000 Rs for their system fault. And this amount I can never pay.
I do not want to take this risk in future, as they can bill me any amount. But I want to stick to my mobile number. Their customer care are imposing me to pay this bill amount otherwise they will stop my number.
Kindly help in this regard.
