Every month I get a message on my mobile [protected] that my ebill for my fixed airtel line 45667956 has been sent to [protected]@rediffmail.com where as my mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com, which I have got corrected in the data by calling 121 from fixed line but still every month same message comes. As a result I don't get my bill. Moreover the amount is not mentioned so that I can pay by due date. Only a day or two days before due date sometimes message comes on my mobile about the amount of bill with the result I face difficulty in paying my bill in time. Last month this message did not come because of which I have not been able to pay my bill so far. Inspite of this problem being told while lodging complaint No. 32514014 on 121 the problem not resolved. This is indeed sorry state of affairs. This is because of subscribing to ebill. I would request to unsubscribe to ebill and be sent my bill by post. Hardeep Singh Dahiya
