well i recieved a msg. from airtel that my GPRS has been activated but when i tried to use it, it either said that requested objects not found or there is too crowd in the port...so i request u to take necessary actions as quickly as possible, ...

Dear Sir,I would like to inform you that i have activate GPRS on my mobile no. [protected] but GPRS not working & only web page opening in Mobile set, I have complain many time to customer care executive but he has ignore and told me the services have already activated on your mobile and then after the customer care service close on my no. This is not happening 1st time, this is a big networking services in India, I am very hopeless for behaviour of customer care executive. cc not response my no.I have a lot of problem for disconnect my gprs when i active gprs so sow on my N-6300 mobile "Packet data connection not abaviable.
Please, activate GPRS services on my mobile no for using GPRS services on PC
Airtel — Airtel is not working in Sony Ericcson phones
From yesterday, most of the sony ericsson phones were not working with airtel, customer care response was also not good and accurate reg. this problem.However in SE service center, they said that the Airtel changed the frequency of signal that was the cause to this problem.i request airtel and sony ericcson to rectify the problem we SE users are facing...
Airtel is not working in Sony Ericcson phones:
From yesterday, most of the sony ericsson phones were not working with airtel, customer care response was also not good and accurate reg. this problem.However in SE service center, they said that the Airtel changed the frequency of signal that was the cause to this problem.

Yet After 7 days of that they are not able to resolve the problem
Sir/Madam,
I am having tremendous trouble with my airtel GPRS connection and much more so with the customer service .
I am pained to say that in over 20-30 calls with them they have not been able to help me even a bit.
I shifted to a new phone sometime in Dec and got the Mobile Office Settings by calling your call center while I was on roaming.
My GPRS / Mobile Office works perfectly fine when I am not in the karnataka Network but never works within Karnataka.
I registered a complaint regarding the same by calling up your help desk. You will find the complain number attache to my phone number in your data base.
In case you cannot these are the two Complaint IDs I have

I have tried everything possible to get a resolution to the issue but to no avail.
1. I have visted your Indirangar Customer care center where they changed my SIM Card twice but it still doesnt work.
2. I have been made to visit your Customer Care center on Bannerghatta Road . Here too they were unable to address the issue.
3. When a different SIM was put in my phone the GPRS works perfectly well ruling out any phone problem
4. When my SIM is inserted into a differnt phone the GPRS does not work point to a problem with my connection.
5. On frequent visits to other states i have found that my GPRS works perfectly in Maharashtra, Delhi, Rajasthan etc.
Customer care keep promising me that they will get back to me within 24 hours but its not happened for close to two months now.
My calls to to your GPRS care line keep getting disconnected and there is absolutelty no way of getting in touch with reps who kep promising action.
I have spoken to a lot representatives and experts but to no avail. This lack of customer care is shocking from a company like yourself.
My connection is a corporate connection and my corporate administrator too points me to the customer care.
Please resolve the same as soon as possible.

Sony Ericsson — Gprs not work
Hi,I bought Sony ericsson J108i model. Initially they said Gprs facility working fine in this model in 2G and 3G. But, now i am not able to download even a single content from any site. i have changed many sim's even though i am having the same issue. I complaint against Sony ericsson support team they were not properly respond to me for my problem. Its one of the worst product. i never ever been facing any other models, even china model and corean model also working fine. Sony ericsson product totally waste.

AirTel — airtel gprs not working
Airtel gprs is not working properly for the last 15 days. i registered a complaint 12 days back my complain number is[protected] but still am facing the same problem. i registered my complain on 24th dec 2007 they said it will be solved withing 4 days again after 4 days i contacted airtel they said it will be solved in 2 days... Again on 31st dec 2007 i contacted airtel the said gprs will work proprly from 3rd january 2008.my gprs is still not working am still facing the same problem .
calls to customer care executive has been blocked by airtel. i am really fade up ...
please help ...
