Hi,
My self paneendra from Bangalore, We have requested for new broadband
connection on JUSTDAIL one of your representative from airtel had come to our
place which is
B2, 99 Nest, Muthayala Nagar, Mathikeri, Bangalore. 560058.
On monday that is on 14/10/13, we have cross verified his id card and paid him
3300/- as broadband plan charges(I, e 1099/Month), On requesting of
acknowledgement he said he will be giving the same at the time of installation
that is by evening of 15/10/13. But on 15 when i called he said he will make
it on 16/10/13 but from 16/10 he is not attending to our calls till day at
last he had sent us text SMS saying he will call us back but dint call me yet.
On calling twice or thrice he is switching off his mobile.
As we are valuable customers of AIRTEL from past 4-5 years till day we dint
face any issues like this. But we are struggling with the above issue.
Request you to do needful on priority.
