Customer Name : Mrs Sudha Gajanan Bhise
Relationship with customer as: Daughter.
I have been asking for refund of my security deposit amount of Rs.500/- for my mobile number : [protected], serveral times (pl check your records in 121 in this case). All in vain.
When I had called for the first time, I was being informed that I will receive this amount by cheque within 45 days.
As off now there is no communication upfront from Airtel !!
On recently enquring on date 18th June 2008, I received sms with the simultaneously provinding the service request number :[protected] and we will get back to you by Wednesday 25 th June[protected] hours.
There was no response from Airtel either !
When I called on 121 Customer care the person told to get the refund i need to send my bank account statement through email.
Here to be clear I do not require LOAN from Airtel of Rs.500/- but my security deposit.
Awaiting for your QUICK and favourable response ASAP.
