Airtel — wrong ID

Hi,
I have an Airtel DTH connection at home. I made a recharge of rs 600 and unfortunately i typed the wrong ID. So i did not receive the amount on my DTH but the amount from my card was deducted. I found out that this website is going to help me out on this issue. So please help me.
