I booked aishwarya cabs for airport drop at 4 AM today. They promised to reach on time. But I kept calling the driver and he did not understand the address and I waited for him till 4 40. He did not arrive. I also called the company helpline but they did not receive the phone. Because of these people I missed my flight. I lost 8000 rupees. When I called the company to talk about this, they did not respond. It is THE WORST CAB COMPANY EVER. DO NOT choose these ppl. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Worst Taxi Service Ever! They did not confirm the booking till 5 minutes before the pick up. I had to keep following up for the pick up from Marathahalli till Bannerghatta. The taxi was half an hour late. Moreover, they sent a non-ac taxi when i specifically asked for an ac taxi. They then told me an AC taxi would pick me up on the way. The non-ac taxi left me on the middle of the road telling me that the AC taxi will come in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes when I call the customer care service, they tell me no taxi is available! They left me stranded on outer ring road in the middle of the day to fend for myself. This service should be SHUT!
