[Resolved]  Ak Packers And Movers (Agarwal Packers And Movers) — Missing Suitcase

Dear Sir,

I recently moved from Bangalore to Ghaziabad, I handed over my household stuff along with one big suitcase to AK Packers and Movers.

I did not received my suitcase till date which had all my certificates, passport and other important documents.

I am shocked the way AK packers and movers is treating my case. I am continuously making calls to their Bangalore office, Delhi Office and Mumbai office, I spent huge amount on the same.

I got to know that my stuff have been wrongly sent to Mumbai which is first of all itself is bad on Company's part when it has been consigned for Ghaziabad.

I was continuously calling the following people in your Company namely:
Mr. Alok Agarwal / Rajesh ( Delhi Office - [protected])
Murli Jain (Head Bangalore office - [protected])
Vijay Anand (Incharge Bangalore office - [protected])
Susheel (Labour Bangalore - [protected])
Ramesh (Delivery Incharge Mumbai- [protected])

Apart from this I have spoken to many people as and when Mr. Murli guided me to check for suitcase at different places ie., their customers'.

Most of the time they do not bother to take my calls. Once, I got to hear from one of the employees "Mujhe faansi lagaaoge kya. Chale jao consumer forum. (Will you hang me. Go to Consumer forum)".

This is my request to you to please look into this matter as it is a big mental harassment for me. Apart from costly items and clothes most importantly I had my passport and other educational certificates which is my earning of whole life.
