I Request the Vice Chancellor of Alagappa University to stop harassing the student Community of Alagappa University, DDE and immediately start Despatching the Degree Certificates .
University with " A " Grade should give " A++ " Service .
The entire delivery system should be fast and fool-proof .
But Mr . Vice Chancellor, Alagappa University's Service is pathetic and D grade .
The Examination Department is the worst in terms of Delivery, though i need to give Exam Department credit for fast declaration of Results.
Administrative staff is worst, lazy, unreliable .
Start Despatching the Degree Certificates immediately.

Taking admission through Alagappa University, DDE is not recommended.
GOD knows when are these people going understand problems of students.

God Bless you all for your Comments, I was looking to join Alagappa University, DDE MBA(HR) course after returning to my native place . but having come to know about Alagappa University, DDE’s strong arm tactics of not issuing Degree Certificates, I am not taking admission in Alagappa University, DDE..

In view of my Complaint in this forum regarding MBA Degree Certificate ( which the University has still not dispatched to me) .
I once again made a call to the University on 26th Feb 2009 at 12:34 pm ( phone no[protected] which was then transferred to MBA Certificate section) Requesting for immediate dispatch of my MBA Degree Certificate and once again I was told that it will be Despatched in 10 to 15 days time .
The point is everytime I call at the University asking them to dispatch my MBA Degree Certificate, they keep on giving further dates and excuses . Is this a professional approach from a NAAC accredited A grade University?
